The Client
Prime Goods Wholesale, headquartered in Miami, Florida, is a leading B2B distributor delivering convenience store (C-Store) essentials, over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, energy drinks, snacks, and general merchandise to independent retailers, gas stations, and commercial accounts throughout the Southeast.
The Challenge
Prime Goods relied on sales representatives taking orders over the phone and messaging apps, leading to administrative bottlenecks and fulfillment delays. Managing tiered wholesale pricing, case-pack rules (PK quantities), and minimum order amounts manually across thousands of accounts created frequent invoicing errors. Crucially, they needed a way to protect wholesale pricing behind a secure customer login so public visitors could not view wholesale price tiers.
What We Built
DFW IT Partner implemented Odoo ERP—integrating Inventory/WMS, Sales, Invoicing, and Accounting—paired with a custom-styled Odoo B2B wholesale ordering portal. We configured login-gated wholesale pricing ("Login to see price"), automated case-pack and carton quantity management, custom customer pricelists, and streamlined checkout workflows.
The Result
Prime Goods Wholesale transformed its ordering workflow into an automated digital channel. Verified C-store buyers now log in, view their pre-negotiated tier prices, and order in designated pack increments 24/7. Order turnaround times accelerated significantly, manual data entry was virtually eliminated, and inventory counts sync in real time across the warehouse.
