Distribution pain points
Distributors rarely lose money on one big mistake. They lose it in small gaps between stock counts, spreadsheets, purchasing and freight. Daxivo closes those gaps inside one Odoo database.

Odoo Distribution Lifecycle
Daxivo connects forecasting, purchasing, receiving, multi-warehouse allocation, picking, shipping, invoicing and landed-cost accounting without re-entering data between steps.
How Daxivo Solves Them
We start with standard Odoo Inventory, Barcode, Purchase, Sales, Website and Accounting, then add Daxivo accelerators where a distribution workflow needs more.
Upgrade-safe extensions built on Odoo, never replacing core ERP modules.
Multi-warehouse
Each customer, operator and order sees the right stock, and counts and transfers stop interrupting the business.
Assign a default warehouse to each customer and Daxivo applies it to sales orders and deliveries automatically.
Limit each inventory user to the warehouses they may see so regional teams only work their own stock.
Keep a separate average cost per storable product in each warehouse through receipts, deliveries, returns, transfers and landed costs.
Several counters scan the same location at once in their own sessions. Totals aggregate and only an administrator applies the adjustment.
Warehouse operations
Warehouse users work through scanner-friendly flows on Odoo Barcode instead of desktop accounting screens.
Forecasting & replenishment
Buyers need demand data, supplier terms and approvals in one place. Daxivo analyzes historical sales and suggests purchase orders from forecasted demand instead of static reorder points. See DFW AI Inventory Replenishment.
Group RFQs from the same vendor into one batch PO, raise POs straight from a sales order with the JIT cart, and hold confirmed RFQs in a To Approve state until an authorized buyer releases them.
Pricing & margin
Customer-specific pricing runs on Odoo pricelists. Daxivo adds margin and profit measures to Sales Analysis, margin percentage on invoice lines, and cost-based markup pricing.
Set a base margin on each pricelist and Daxivo flags lines sold below it with a promo marker on quotes and invoices. Hold orders in Pending Approval so deliveries are created only after sign-off, and base commissions on margin.
Shipping & freight
Total weight, total volume and pallet count print on sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and packing slips. Build a Bill of Lading from the delivery order, and get carrier rates and labels through ShipEngine from the same shipment.
Returns & RMA
Returns need the customer conversation, warehouse receipt, approval and credit note in one tracked flow.
Dedicated return operation types for customers and vendors.
Look up the sales order, populate return lines, route for approval, create the return receipt and generate the credit note.
Scrap posts automatically to the company scrap location.
B2B portal & eCommerce
Customers download their own pricelist and monthly offers, browse stock for their default warehouse, and order from the same system your team uses.
Integrations & EDI
Shopify, 3PL, EDI and legacy API sync run through our DIP Integration Server with retry queues, so channel data reaches Odoo without manual rekeying.
Queue-based sync with retries for EDI, 3PL, Shopify and legacy systems.
Automatically invoice and register payment for fully delivered Shopify orders.
Order and delivery updates by Twilio or SimpleTexting with opt-in compliance tracking.
Landed cost & accounting
Allocate freight, duty and handling to receipts by quantity, weight, volume or value so product cost and margin reflect reality. Inventory, purchasing, sales and accounting share one database, so finance sees the numbers operations sees. See Odoo finance and accounting.
Auto-reconcile invoices with payments, sync BILL Spend & Expense card transactions, and let managers ask Odoo questions in plain language through a read-only Claude connector.
