The DFW Field Service Accelerator is a showcase of Odoo plugins, workflow patterns, and implementation assets we built for U.S. field-service companies that need better control across service requests, work orders, dispatch, technicians, worksheets, customer portals, parts, approvals, and invoicing.

It gives field-service projects a stronger starting point than a blank Odoo configuration, especially when the service team needs mobile-friendly execution and a cleaner connection between the office and the field.

The plugin stack behind the accelerator

The accelerator is built from the field-service modules in our DFW IT Partner Odoo marketplace package. Each plugin covers a different part of the service operation, and together they create a practical field-service foundation on top of Odoo.

  • dip_field_service_work_order: the core field-service work order engine with customer and site addresses, technician assignment, scheduling, shift management, materials tracking, stock allocation, invoicing, and dispatcher views including kanban, list, Gantt, calendar, and map.
  • dip_field_service_request: service request intake with a full lifecycle from new request through triage, in-progress work, resolution, or cancellation, plus customer and site tracking, SLA policies, elapsed-time tracking, cancellation reasons, and conversion into work orders.
  • dip_field_service_technician: a mobile-first technician app with My Jobs, today and upcoming schedules, completed jobs, kanban, map, list, and calendar views, with job clicks routed directly into the worksheet experience.
  • dip_field_service_worksheet: worksheet templates, technical service reports, installation and commissioning reports, preventive maintenance sheets, complaint investigation reports, site survey and inquiry sheets, job invoices, signatures, PDF reports, report history, labor, materials, charges, and totals.
  • dip_field_service_web: customer-facing portal and website workflows for service requests, sites, dashboards, payments, and field-service visibility outside the back-office app.
