The DFW Distribution Accelerator is a showcase of Odoo plugins, operational patterns, and implementation assets we built for distribution companies that manage fast-moving inventory, multiple warehouses, customer-specific pricing, purchasing, fulfillment, shipping, and accounting.

The plugin stack behind the accelerator

The accelerator is grounded in the distribution, inventory, warehouse, and logistics modules in our DFW IT Partner Odoo marketplace package. These plugins extend Odoo where distribution teams need stronger controls around inventory conversion, warehouse movement, returns, shipping, cost, replenishment, and documentation.

• dip_fluid_inventory: adds boxing and unboxing operation types, product relationship ratios, conversion routes, barcode support, and replenishment between boxed and unboxed product forms.
• dip_fluid_logistics: supports package and pallet movement between warehouse locations, package barcode behavior, pallet labels, transfer reset-to-draft controls, and warehouse transfer tools.
• dip_warehouse_average_costing: maintains warehouse-specific average cost for storable products so receipts, deliveries, transfers, returns, landed costs, invoices, and margins can reflect the warehouse that actually moved the product.
• dip_inventory_returns: adds customer return and vendor return operation types with barcode-ready stock picking flows.
• dip_shipengine and dip_g_billoflading_report: connect shipping rates, labels, delivery orders, and Bill of Lading documents to the Odoo fulfillment flow.
• dip_g_automate_putaway_rules and dip_concurrent_cycle_count: improve warehouse discipline with automated putaway rules, multi-counter cycle count sessions, aggregate count summaries, and controlled inventory adjustments.
